Eligibility Criteria

  • B.E in Electronics / Electrical / Electronics & Telecommunication / B.Sc in Electronics.

  • NO Percentage Criteria.

  • Only passionate and interested candidate should apply.

  • Candidate should be cleared in all semesters.

  • This opportunity is only for graduate (2017 - 2018) passed out candidate and not for experience candidate.

Technical Knowledge Required

  • Knowledge of C programming.

  • Knowledge of C++ Programming(OOP).

  • Basic knowledge of electronics components & circuit.

Selection Procedure

  • Phase 1 : Technical Written Test On C and C++ programming.

  • Phase 2 : Technical Interview on electronics knowledge.

  • Phase 3 : Final Interview


    Phase 1:

  • Eligible candidate has to appear for the written test on C and C++ programming language conducted in KP Solutions.

  • After crossing minimum cut off limit candidate need not appear for phase two.

  • Phase 2:

  • Candidates has to appear for face to face interview on Basic concepts of electronics and electrical,electronics components and their working.

  • Phase 3:

  • Final Interview.

After Selection

    Once the candidate is selected for the above mentioned post then he/she has to go under following phases.

    Training Phase

    Company will provide technical training required for the above mentioned post.Training procedure and content will be as per the company norms.

  • Training duration - 2 months.

  • Training time - 10 a.m to 6.00 pm.

  • NO training cost required. It's FREE.

  • Company will not pay any stipend/amount during training period.

  • Performance of candidate will be measured on the basis of technical knowledge and regularity.
  • Stipend Phase

    After training phase, if the performance of candidate is good as per the company norms then he/she will enter into stipend phase for 3 months.During this period,candidate has to work for the company project as intern along with the team of existing employees.

  • Company will consider this period as probation period.

  • Company will pay nominal stipend amount during this period.

  • Performance of candidate will be measured on the basis of technical knowledge and regularity.

  • Employment Phase

    After the completion of stipend phase, company evaluates the performance of candidate, if the performance of candidate is good as per company norms then company will register that candidate as employee. During this phase, salary of candidate will depend on the performance of candidate.

  • Company will consider first 3 months of employment phase as probation period.

Rules & Regulations

  • Candidate has to sign the rules and regulation document of company.

  • After final interview if candidate is selected he/she has to submit the original marksheet of all semesters/years of graduation.

  • In any case, if candidate leaves in between any of the phases mentioned above then he/she has to pay training cost of amount 20,500 INR to company.

  • Candidate has to sign the contract of 14 months ( including training, stipend and employment phase).

  • Candidate has to follow all rules and regulations of company during the contract period.

  • Minimum training time is 8 hours from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm.

  • During probation and employment period, working time - 10.00 am to 9.00 pm.

  • Working/Training days - Monday to Saturday.

  • Company has rights to change the norms during the contract period.

  • Company has rights to relieve the candidate at any time.

  • During(In between) contract period if company relives the candidate then company will not provide experience letter & relieving letter to candidate.

  • After the completion of contract period of 14 months, company will provide experience letter & relieving letter to candidate.
